About the role
This is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping and executing global talent acquisition and talent management strategies for a mission‑driven organization. The role operates fully remotely and partners closely with executive leadership to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational values and growth objectives.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for all levels, including executive positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience across regions.
- Define recruitment roles, responsibilities, and best practices; train hiring managers and HR teams.
- Continuously improve talent acquisition tools, methodologies, and employer branding initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, forecasting hiring needs, and creating annual hiring roadmaps.
- Collaborate with leadership on compensation structures, benefits benchmarking, succession planning, and high‑potential talent programs.
- Evaluate and enhance performance management frameworks and learning & development initiatives.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to build HR analytics dashboards for data‑driven decision making.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change‑management efforts for new talent programs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in global talent acquisition and talent management, preferably at a senior leadership level.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing, geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with executive leadership.
- Demonstrated track record of driving recruitment excellence, workforce planning, and employee development.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
