Director / Senior Director, FSP Operational Delivery Lead – EMEA

About the role

The Director / Senior Director, FSP Operational Delivery Lead will provide enterprise‑level leadership across multiple strategic FSP accounts and therapeutic areas throughout EMEA. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape portfolio strategy, drive operational transformation and strengthen client partnerships while aligning with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of several FSP portfolios and strategic client relationships.
• Develop and execute long‑term portfolio strategies that support business growth.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and delivery consistency.
• Serve as the executive operational lead for key FSP partnerships, managing governance, business reviews and complex escalations.
• Partner with Business Development on proposals, sales strategy and account expansion.
• Lead Directors and senior leaders, building succession pipelines and championing change programs.
• Drive implementation of digital, analytics, automation and AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in management.
• Proven leadership in large‑scale, multi‑regional delivery environments.
• Strong strategic advisory and client‑facing capabilities.
