About the role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Doorman to be the first point of contact for guests at The Hoxton Florence. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests with their needs, and support the front‑of‑house team in delivering a memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide information about the hotel and local area.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and delivery to rooms.
- Guide visitors through the property, including directing them to amenities and rooms.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable lobby and entrance area.
- Coordinate with the front desk to manage guest luggage and special requests.
- Support other team members as needed, stepping into multiple roles when required.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset, and willingness to help.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to a fast‑paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable personality with good communication skills.
