Doorman – Luxury Resort in Sardinia

About the role

Join a prestigious resort in Sardinia as a Doorman, providing first‑impression service to guests and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. You will be the face of the property, delivering courteous assistance and supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, opening doors and offering assistance.
• Provide information on property amenities, services, operating hours and local attractions.
• Assist with luggage handling, storage, and transportation to and from guest rooms.
• Help guests in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage.
• Arrange transportation such as taxis, shuttles or limousine services and record requests.
• Communicate parking procedures and maintain awareness of security on the premises.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
• Answer telephone calls with proper etiquette and support guests with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk or jog for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb unaided (over 75 lb with assistance).
• Capability to navigate uneven, slippery surfaces, stairs and ramps.
• Clear, professional communication skills in English.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality and quality standards.
