Dual Site Store Manager – New Opening at Roma Outlet Village

About the role

We are looking for a Dual Site Store Manager to lead the launch of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein stores at the Roma Outlet Village. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across both brands while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Set and maintain high Customer Experience (CX) standards, addressing feedback through training and coaching.
• Develop and execute store priorities in line with the retail calendar and project timelines.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs, working with Business Analyst to identify improvement actions.
• Oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, and development plans for store staff.
• Coordinate workforce planning with deputies and manage full‑time equivalent (FTE) requirements.
• Build collaborative relationships with neighboring businesses and conduct competitor analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar retail management role within a structured environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
