Dual Site Store Manager – New Opening at Roma Outlet Village

About the role

PVH is looking for a Dual Site Store Manager to lead the launch of new Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein stores at the Roma Outlet Village. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and brand performance across both locations.

Key responsibilities

• Set and uphold high Customer Experience (CX) standards, addressing issues through feedback, training and coaching.
• Build collaborative relationships with neighboring businesses and conduct competitor analysis.
• Stay current on fashion trends and local customer profiles through media and community engagement.
• Develop and manage the professional growth of store staff, defining training needs and leading recruitment.
• Oversee workforce planning, performance evaluations and development plans.
• Coordinate store priorities in line with the retail calendar and project timelines.
• Analyze business performance data, identify actions to improve sales and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable retail management role within a structured environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
