About the role
As the e‑Key Account Manager for online pure players and e‑retail, you will lead L’Oréal’s digital partnership strategy in Milan. Reporting to the Head of e‑Commerce, you will coordinate marketing, supply chain and finance to grow the online presence of our iconic beauty brands.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the annual Joint Business Plan (JBP), spotting new growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Own the account P&L, negotiate annual agreements, manage sales forecasts and analyse performance to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Oversee the go‑to‑market strategy, ensuring brand image consistency across all digital touchpoints and optimizing logistics with supply‑chain teams.
- Act as the single point of contact for the client, orchestrating internal teams from Marketing, Media, Finance and IT to deliver a unified approach.
Required profile

- Proven expertise in e‑commerce analytics and the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
- Strong account‑management and high‑level negotiation skills, capable of building lasting partnerships with major online retailers.
