Electromechanics Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Electromechanics Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to keep production running smoothly. The role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, machine adjustments and the capacity to read technical drawings. Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekend duties and on‑call support is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to the supervisor’s plan and work‑order instructions, using the designated software platform.
• Perform emergency maintenance as needed to support production, following established procedures.
• Carry out corrective maintenance tasks as planned, adhering to work‑order details and verbal directives.
• Implement format changes and other tasks based on supervisor guidance and work‑order specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in interpreting mechanical blueprints, exploded views and construction drawings.
• Familiarity with pneumatic systems and basic hydraulics.
• Experience operating lathes, milling machines and similar equipment.
• Availability for rotating shifts, weekend on‑call duties (approximately one weekend every five weeks) and occasional weekend work.
