Engineering Specialist – Process Industrialization

About the role

The Engineering Specialist will lead process industrialization activities for a premium automotive supplier, ensuring that work procedures, bills of materials and production tooling are defined and maintained to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and upload bills of materials (BOM) and product work cycles in the company information system, guaranteeing accuracy with technical specifications.
• Assign control codes to finished products and raw materials, and generate clear work instructions in collaboration with technical departments.
• Develop, optimise and validate production equipment (tooling) to meet industrialisation and quality requirements.
• Conduct value‑analysis studies to improve efficiency, reduce costs and support continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure proper implementation of BOMs and tooling in the manufacturing line.

Required profile

• Degree in a technical discipline (preferred) and proven experience in industrialisation activities.
• Strong knowledge of office automation tools and ability to work with complex data sets.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of solving critical issues in a collaborative environment.
