Executive Assistant to General Manager – Quality

About the role

The Executive Assistant supports the General Manager responsible for Quality, ensuring smooth administrative operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes. This position plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence and enhancing guest satisfaction across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications professionally.
• Welcome visitors, assess their needs, and direct them appropriately.
• Draft, review, and manage routine correspondence, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for records and reports.
• Prepare and edit letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail across multiple channels.
• Update databases to ensure accurate record‑keeping and efficient information retrieval.
• Log, track, and coordinate responses to guest requests and feedback.
• Coordinate office resources and support administrative processes to ensure efficient workflow.
