Experienced HCM Consultant – Cloud HCM Systems

About the role

Marsh's HCM Consulting practice, part of its HR Transformation and Digital team, supports clients through large-scale HR transformation programs and HCM system implementations. It is looking for an experienced consultant in major cloud HCM systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Cornerstone, Talentia) to join the team in Milan or Rome. The role coordinates end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients across sectors and industries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare business cases and technical assessments for HR IT systems
• Analyze and review current HR processes and identify more efficient ways of working
• Contribute to the design of delivery models for HR services
• Act as a focal point for clients, supporting the design and implementation of HR transformation programs and the selection of HR technologies
• Map clients' end-to-end HR processes and propose improvement interventions with HR Advisory
• Implement HRIS systems and support clients through all project phases
• Learn and adapt to Mercer's standard tools and methodologies
• Support the development of new business opportunities and coordinate project teams for specific engagements

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital transformation and in HR/HCM consulting firms
• Project experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and at least one certification in one of these technologies
• Solid background in HR system architecture, data flows and processes
• Experience managing both direct and indirect teams
• Fluent English for international projects

What we offer

• Permanent position with a gross annual salary starting from EUR 39,000 for a full-time role, with possible higher pay depending on experience and qualifications
