Finance Analyst – Prime Video (Italy, Spain, Turkey, MENA)

About the role

Amazon Prime Video is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to lead business partnering for Italy, Spain, Turkey and the MENA region. The role is highly commercial, focusing on scaling reporting, planning and performance tracking across independent territories.

Key responsibilities

• Own country P&Ls and performance KPIs.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term forecasts based on content and product inputs.
• Continuously assess performance against plan and provide clear explanations for variances.
• Serve as the primary knowledge owner on why targets were met or missed.
• Own the content selection plan for each country and translate it into financial forecasts.
• Prepare country‑specific business cases, deep‑dives and reviews to influence data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, business or equivalent quantitative experience.
• Professional experience in transactional or commercial finance.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling.
• Excellent business partnering and communication skills.
