Finance International Controlling & Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Finance International Controlling & Reporting Specialist ensures accurate and timely managerial reporting and supports the preparation of external consolidated financial statements for the group. This role works closely with subsidiaries and the central finance team to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processes at group level.
• Analyze consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS or applicable GAAP.
• Provide timely and accurate reports to internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Support subsidiaries with reporting processes and offer accounting guidance.
• Coordinate with local finance teams across multiple countries.
• Contribute to management reports, board presentations and financial disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial controlling and reporting, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS (or relevant accounting standards).
• Experience with consolidation tools such as SAP BPC, Hyperion or OneStream.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.
