About the role
Join a global energy‑technology leader as a Finance Manager focused on cash flow planning and analysis. You will provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting that supports budgeting, forecasting, and business‑planning activities across corporate and business units.
Key responsibilities
- Assess the amount, timing, and predictability of cash inflows and outflows to support budgeting and business‑planning activities.
- Analyze and report operating, investing, and financing activities to determine net cash‑flow changes for defined periods.
- Advise functional managers and stakeholders on financial approaches, processes, and procedures within the cash‑flow planning domain.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and business partners to resolve complex financial issues.
- Lead medium‑sized projects or contribute to larger initiatives, delivering results within 3–12 months.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years finance experience).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in cash flow planning and analysis.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence others.
- Experience leading small teams and moderate‑scope initiatives.
- Effective problem‑identification and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
