About the role

Mindrift is seeking experienced US‑qualified legal consultants to work on project‑based AI training tasks. As a freelance Legal Consultant (AI Trainer), you will help improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI systems by applying your legal expertise to real‑world problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Generate challenging prompts that test AI capabilities.
• Evaluate AI‑generated answers for correctness, logical consistency, and adherence to legal principles.
• Refine AI reasoning to align with first‑principles and accepted legal standards.
• Apply structured scoring criteria to assess multi‑step problem‑solving performance.

Required profile

• Law degree (JD, LLM, FLLM, or equivalent) within the US legal system.
• Minimum 2 years of practice in US jurisdiction.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Reliable internet connection for remote work.
