Remote Corporate Law & M&A Expert

About the role

Turing is seeking a seasoned corporate law and M&A professional to help evaluate and improve AI-generated legal responses. Working remotely, you will apply your U.S. corporate law expertise to ensure AI models accurately handle complex transactional scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI-generated answers to corporate law and M&A hypotheticals, including merger agreements and shareholder disputes.
• Apply a structured legal rubric to assess issue spotting, governance accuracy, and compliance with Delaware law and federal securities regulations.
• Identify gaps in AI reasoning around deal structuring, representations, warranties, indemnification, and material adverse change clauses.
• Provide detailed annotations and written feedback to refine model performance.
• Collaborate with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active or inactive bar admission.
• Minimum 3 years of practice in corporate law, M&A, or transactional advisory.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• High ethical standards and interest in AI technology.
