Freelance Solar Sales Representative (Italy)

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Solar Sales Representative to develop qualified solar opportunities in Italy. You will guide customers from the first consultation through contract signing and project hand‑over, working independently while collaborating with our internal sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage qualified solar leads from initial contact to signed contract.
• Schedule and conduct customer appointments, follow‑ups and site visits.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and keep sales data up to date.
• Support customer qualification, financing verification and use of solar proposal tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
• Deliver a professional and consistent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solar sales or a customer‑facing sales role.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Self‑driven, comfortable working independently.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation for customer visits.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with sales tools.
• Knowledge of solar proposal tools (optional).
