Global AI Director

About the role

Campari Group is seeking a Global AI Director to lead its enterprise‑wide AI transformation. Based at the company’s headquarters in Milan, the role will embed artificial‑intelligence solutions across the entire organisation, from supply‑chain and operations to marketing, sales, finance and HR.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own Campari’s global AI vision, aligning it with business priorities and long‑term growth.
• Identify high‑impact AI use cases and scale them across all functions, delivering measurable value.
• Design and manage a portfolio of AI products, platforms and reusable components to ensure speed, consistency and scalability.
• Partner with technology, data and business teams to deliver solutions that are robust, ethical, secure and compliant.
• Champion AI adoption throughout the organisation, ensuring that delivered solutions are embraced and generate real impact.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in AI strategy and enterprise‑wide transformation.
• Strong track record of turning AI concepts into operational solutions that drive business results.
• Ability to work across diverse functions (marketing, sales, operations, HR, finance) and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
