Global Marketing Procurement Buyer

About the role

Campari Group is seeking a Global Marketing Procurement Buyer to lead sourcing and day‑to‑day procurement activities for a wide range of marketing services. Working in a matrix environment, you will partner with both global and local stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure a compliant, high‑performing supplier ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Global Marketing & Media Procurement Director in creating and executing sourcing strategies and category initiatives.
• Conduct market and cost analyses to guide negotiations and drive value‑creation projects, including productivity, supplier innovation, and sustainability.
• Monitor spend, supplier performance, and market trends across multiple sub‑categories; assist with category planning, risk mapping, and demand visibility.
• Prepare and manage RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, consolidating requirements to achieve competitive, fit‑for‑purpose outcomes.
• Assist in contract drafting, execution, and performance monitoring; ensure compliance with KPIs and internal policies.
• Evaluate suppliers regularly, drive continuous improvement, and mitigate financial, operational, or reputational risks.
• Support onboarding, supplier evaluation, and process‑excellence initiatives in line with procurement guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, preferably within marketing or media services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct cost and market analyses.
• Excellent negotiation and contract‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of supplier risk assessment and compliance processes.
