Product Marketing Specialist - Electrification

About the role

ABB is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist for its Electrification business, reporting to the Product Marketing Director Smart Building IT. The role drives the growth and market positioning of ABB's Enclosure portfolio in Italy, working closely with customers, sales teams, channel partners and factories. The work model is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product marketing strategies for the assigned portfolio, aligned with global business objectives and market requirements.
• Define and communicate value propositions, product positioning and go-to-market initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competition, customer needs and regulations to spot new opportunities.
• Work with local and global product management teams to give market insights and support new product launches.
• Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Develop business plans and commercial initiatives to expand ABB's presence in industrial, commercial, building and residential markets.
• Take part in customer visits, industry events and channel partner activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, technical sales, marketing or business development, preferably in the electrical industry.
• Fluency in Italian and English, spoken and written.

• Proactive, results-oriented and comfortable in cross-functional and international settings.
