Global Retail Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an engaged and passionate Global Retail Trainer to join our Global Retail Team at the headquarters in Milan. Reporting to the Retail Global Training Manager, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that boost performance, client experience, product knowledge, and brand values across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement global retail training programs aligned with business priorities.
• Deliver face‑to‑face and virtual training sessions for store and regional teams.
• Act as the global reference point for retail training excellence, ensuring consistency while respecting local specificities.
• Train and coach regional trainers and support new store openings with tailored programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, mystery‑shopping results and performance analysis.
• Update training materials and methodologies using innovative learning approaches.
• Maintain a regular training presence in stores across all markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in retail training or learning & development.
• Proven experience in training needs analysis, design, delivery and follow‑up in international environments.
• Strong background in retail excellence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
