Graphic Designer – Luxury Lifestyle Brand

About the role

Borgo Lifestyle Group, a collection of luxury lifestyle companies based in Florence, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support the visual identity of its boutique hotel and related brands. The role focuses on creating refined graphic and illustrative work that reflects the estate’s aesthetic across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual content for websites, social media channels, digital campaigns, and email marketing.
• Develop printed materials such as brochures, stationery, packaging, signage, and promotional collateral.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all platforms.
• Create illustrations, icons, and custom graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with the creative team to translate concepts into compelling designs.
• Prepare final files for production and coordinate with external printers or vendors.
• Stay updated on design trends and techniques to elevate visual standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere.
• Experience handling multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian, able to communicate in an international creative context.
• Organised, flexible, and detail‑oriented with strong deadline management.
• Proactive team player with curiosity and enthusiasm for luxury lifestyle brands.
