Group Chief Financial Officer – Milan Relocation

About the role

Satispay is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer to lead its international finance function from its Milan headquarters. The CFO will act as the primary financial strategist and partner to the CEO, shaping the company’s financial roadmap and supporting growth and capital market ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Group’s long‑term financial strategy, including capital allocation and profitability frameworks.
• Lead corporate finance activities such as equity fundraising, debt structuring, M&A execution, and IPO preparation.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting, statutory compliance, and governance across all entities, including the Luxembourg banking subsidiary.
• Drive Group FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing finance organisation covering FP&A, control, reporting, investor relations and business partnering.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive financial leadership, including at least 3 years as a Group CFO, VP of Finance or Deputy CFO in a fintech or payments scale‑up.
• Proven experience with capital markets, institutional investors, and IPO/SPAC processes.
• Strong knowledge of regulated financial environments (banking, payments, e‑money) and related governance.
• University degree in Finance, Economics or Business; CPA, CFA or equivalent highly desirable.
