About the role

Join Park Hyatt Milano, a 5‑star luxury hotel in the historic heart of Milan, as a Guest Experience Intern. This six‑month program (with a possible six‑month extension) offers you the chance to develop refined hospitality skills while contributing to the delivery of personalized, high‑end experiences for international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an excellent and consistent level of service, responding promptly to guest requests.
• Support the Guest Experience Manager and team in handling guest complaints and finding guest‑focused solutions.
• Welcome VIP guests and ensure their stay is seamless and memorable.
• Prepare personalized guest communications such as welcome letters and apology messages.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to enable anticipatory service.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
• Good problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• A degree in Hospitality is a plus.
