About the role

The Home Care Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing assistance to patients in the Ostia and Marconi territories, delivering preventive, curative, palliative, and rehabilitative care directly at home. This role combines technical, relational, and educational duties to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver general nursing assistance in response to patients' health problems, following the company's technical and relational standards.
• Implement preventive, curative, palliative, and rehabilitative interventions aligned with the Individualized Assistance Plan (PAI).
• Educate patients and caregivers on health and therapeutic topics, respecting cultural, religious, and linguistic specificities.
• Use and store Medicasa‑provided medical devices correctly, ensuring proper documentation in the electronic clinical record.
• Participate in team meetings organized by the central operational unit and contribute to periodic health reports.

Required profile

• Valid BLSD certification.
• Flexible availability with non‑fixed schedules and willingness to travel within the regional territory.
• Physical fitness for the role and personal vehicle for regional mobility.
• Documented experience in home‑care activities, including pediatric patients.

Required skills

• BLSD (Basic Life Support and Defibrillation) competence.
• Proficiency with personal computers and standard software applications.
