Home Care Nurse (m/f)

About the role

Medicasa Italia, a subsidiary of Air Liquide, provides home assistance services across Italy. The Home Care Nurse will deliver preventive, curative, palliative and rehabilitative nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high‑quality clinical support and health education.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general nursing assistance in response to patients' health needs, following the care plan (PAI).
• Deliver technical, relational and educational nursing interventions, respecting age, gender, health condition, physical/psychological fragility and cultural specificities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic procedures and proper use of medical devices supplied by Medicasa.
• Maintain accurate electronic clinical records and ensure proper storage of materials at the patient’s home.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, identify care objectives and verify their achievement.

Required profile

• Degree in Nursing Sciences.
• Valid BLSD certification.
• Proficiency with personal computers and standard software applications.
• Physical fitness for home visits and a personal vehicle.
• Documented experience in home‑care nursing.

Required skills

• BLSD (Basic Life Support and Defibrillation).
• Computer literacy (PC, office software).
