Home Physiotherapist (m/f)

About the role

Air Liquide HR is recruiting a home physiotherapist for Medicasa Italia, a group company founded in 1993 that provides home assistance services (ADI) across Italy through 15 operation centres. The role covers general physiotherapy care for clients assigned to Medicasa, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation interventions in motor function, higher cortical functions and visceral functions, and health education for patients and caregivers. Work locations include Mistretta, Sant'Agata di Militello, Patti, Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto and the Aeolian Islands.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out specific speech therapy interventions, independently and in line with the care plan
• Provide care activities tailored to each patient's age, gender, health condition and physical or mental fragility, taking into account religious, ethnic and linguistic specifics
• Promote health and therapeutic education for the patient and caregiver
• Follow international guidelines and Medicasa procedures, and ensure correct use and storage of provided materials and devices at home
• Plan and monitor care objectives and clinical outcomes, and keep accurate medical and administrative records using the electronic medical record
• Identify signs and symptoms and risk factors, and act according to professional ethics and the Code of Ethics

Required profile

• Degree in physiotherapy
• Valid BLSD certificate
• Physical fitness for the job and a driver's licence
• Documented experience in home care and with paediatric patients

• Knowledge of computers and main application software
