Home Care Nurse (m/f)

About the role

Medicasa Italia provides home assistance services across Italy. The Home Care Nurse will deliver preventive, curative, palliative and rehabilitative nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high‑quality clinical and educational support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general nursing assistance responding to patients' health problems, following the individualized care plan (PAI).
• Deliver preventive, curative, palliative and rehabilitative care with technical, relational and educational focus.
• Educate patients and caregivers on health and therapeutic decisions, respecting cultural, religious and linguistic specificities.
• Use and store medical materials and devices correctly, and ensure proper documentation in the electronic clinical record.
• Identify, plan and monitor care objectives, verify clinical outcomes and produce periodic health reports.
• Participate in team meetings organized by the operational centre and district health units.

Required profile

• Valid BLSD (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Flexible availability with non‑fixed schedules.
• Physical fitness for the role and personal vehicle for regional travel.
• Experience in home care, including pediatric patients.
