Home Nurse (m/f)

About the role

Medicasa Italia S.p.A., a group company founded in 1993 specialising in home assistance services, is recruiting a home nurse to provide general nursing care to users under its care. The work is based in Milan (City Life, former fairgrounds) and covers complex nursing care with three daily visits of about 30 minutes each, Monday to Sunday, at 11:00, 15:00 and 18:30.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care, including preventive, curative, palliative and rehabilitative care, which is technical, relational and educational.
• Carry out specific nursing interventions, independently and in line with the care plan.
• Support patients and caregivers in making therapeutic decisions and give health education.
• Follow international guidelines and Medicasa procedures, and use the provided materials and devices correctly.
• Plan care objectives and monitor clinical outcomes.
• Keep accurate medical and administrative records using the electronic medical record.

Required profile

• Degree in Nursing Sciences.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Physical fitness for the job and driving licence.
• Documented experience in home care activities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of computers and main application software.
