Home Physiotherapist (m/f)

About the role

Medicasa Italia, a leader in home assistance services, is looking for a qualified physiotherapist to provide in‑home care to patients across several locations in Sicily. The role involves delivering personalized physiotherapy, preventive, and rehabilitative interventions directly at the patient’s residence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general physiotherapy assistance to patients assigned to Medicasa, addressing mobility, higher cortical functions, and visceral issues resulting from various pathologies.
• Develop and implement prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation plans independently or in collaboration with other health professionals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on health practices and support active participation in therapeutic decisions.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and documentation of medical devices and materials provided by Medicasa.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, identify risk factors, and maintain accurate electronic health records.

Required profile

• Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Valid BLSD (Basic Life Support and Defibrillation) certification.
• Physical fitness suitable for the role and a personal vehicle.
• Experience in home‑based care and with pediatric patients.
• Proficiency with personal computers and standard software applications.

Required skills
