About the role

Join the vibrant team at W Sardinia as a Hostess, welcoming guests to an upscale dining experience in the heart of Poltu Quatu. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every visitor feels valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine party size, and escort them to clean, properly set tables.
• Arrange seating for groups with special needs and maintain an organized dining floor.
• Ensure menus are current, clean, and plentiful; keep work areas tidy using clean‑as‑you‑go practices.
• Monitor safety, service flow, and guest well‑being throughout the dining area.
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards.
• Answer telephone calls with professional etiquette and support team members to achieve common goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift items up to 10 lb.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
