Hotel Housekeeper – Costa Smeralda

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join the team at Hotel Cervo in Costa Smeralda. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hospitality for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest and department requests.
• Transport and stock housekeeping carts with supplies.
• Enter guest rooms following access procedures, verify vacancy, and replace amenities, linens, and towels.
• Make beds, fold towels, clean bathrooms, and remove trash and used linens.
• Inspect room appliances for presence and proper functioning.
• Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor‑care duties in rooms and hallways.
• Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, and accidents in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• No prior housekeeping experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
