Housekeeper – Luxury Hotels in Costa Smeralda

About the role

The Housekeeper will ensure that guest rooms and public areas of Hotel Cervo and Hotel Cala di Volpe are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Working in the luxury setting of Costa Smeralda, you will support guests’ comfort and uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and service needs.
• Prepare and transport housekeeping carts with supplies to assigned areas.
• Enter guest rooms, replace amenities, change linens, make beds, and clean bathrooms following established procedures.
• Remove trash, used linens, and room‑service items, and ensure all appliances are functional.
• Dust, polish, vacuum carpets, and perform floor‑care duties in rooms and corridors.
• Maintain uniform appearance, follow safety and security policies, and report any maintenance issues.
• Welcome guests courteously, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate professionally with team members.

Required profile

• Ability to lift, carry and move objects up to 25 kg unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, kneel and bend for extended periods during a shift.
• Clear communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety standards and quality expectations.
• No specific education or prior experience required.
