HR Business Partner Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Business Partner Intern to join our HR team at the Prada Group. This internship provides hands‑on experience in various HR operations within a fast‑paced, international luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition activities, including defining needs, coordinating interviews and liaising with recruiters and universities.
• Manage onboarding processes and administrative tasks for new hires.
• Oversee employee lifecycle events while ensuring compliance with Italian labour laws and internal procedures.
• Provide HR guidance to employees on a range of issues.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to improve HR efficiency and connectivity.
• Participate in the implementation of HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Positive, humble attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
