HR Coordinator for Italy & Spain

About the role

Join Röhlig’s dynamic HR team as an HR Coordinator supporting the Italy and Spain markets. Based in Milan, you will work closely with senior leadership and travel regularly to the Spanish head office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to interviews and onboarding.
• Develop, review and select training concepts, providers and coaches to enhance employee competencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR processes such as performance appraisals, talent reviews and action plans derived from global employee surveys.
• Create employer‑branding initiatives and build relationships with universities and schools to attract interns.
• Collaborate with the South Europe Regional HR Manager in France, the Managing Director of Italy and the General Manager of Spain.
• Travel to the Barcelona head office approximately 40‑50 days per year.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in employment law, personnel development, recruitment, change management or training within an international environment.
• Degree in Work Psychology, Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• Fluent Italian, preferably Spanish, and a high level of English.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Open, inclusive and constructive approach to meetings and collaboration.
• High digital affinity and confidence using HR systems and tools.
