About the role
The HR department is looking for a motivated HR Generalist intern to join a young and dynamic environment within Bosch's compact hydraulics business.
Key responsibilities
- Recruitment: support drafting and publishing job postings, screening CVs, handling initial phone calls and scheduling interviews.
- Personnel administration: assist with attendance management, document archiving and onboarding of new hires.
- Training and development: help organise training courses and support company growth plans.
- Employer branding: contribute to brand promotion activities, including managing LinkedIn content.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Economics, Work Psychology or Law.
- Strong passion for Human Resources with excellent empathy and listening abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
