Join Simon-Kucher’s Healthcare & Life Sciences team in Milan as an Intern/Associate Consultant. You will work on international projects that help leading pharma, biotech, and health‑tech companies improve launch effectiveness and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support consulting projects for industry leaders and early‑stage ventures.
• Conduct competitive, benchmark, and market analyses.
• Develop strategic options and actionable recommendations based on business insights.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to assess launch and commercial strategies.

Required profile

• Above‑average academic performance in business, science, or medical studies.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in business English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Highly motivated to learn and grow in a consulting environment.
• Team‑oriented with a collaborative spirit.
