International Medical Science Liaison, Oncology

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a field‑based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support oncology clinical research programs across Italy, Greece, Turkey and Israel. You will act as a scientific bridge between the company and clinical sites, helping to drive trial enrollment and ensure high‑quality scientific exchange.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical support to oncology clinical research programs.
• Deliver balanced presentations on disease areas and investigational therapies to investigators and site staff.
• Engage with trial sites to identify and resolve medical barriers to patient recruitment.
• Collaborate with site management and monitoring teams for site initiation and ongoing engagement.
• Facilitate compliant scientific exchange with HCPs and KOLs.
• Capture and report field intelligence, including protocol feedback and competitor activity.
• Represent the program at scientific meetings, advisory boards and congresses.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD strongly preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience as an MSL or in a scientific/medical role.
• Oncology experience, preferably in solid tumors.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional fluency in Greek, Turkish or Hebrew is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory and a valid driver’s license.
