International Recruiter – Relocate to Malta (No Experience Required)

About the role

This is an end‑to‑end Recruitment Consultant position within our IT or Finance & Legal division, focused on building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted talent partner. The role is fully on‑site in Malta and offers a clear path to professional growth for candidates with a sales background.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client hiring needs and act as their recruitment advisor.
• Source, screen and qualify candidates across IT, finance and legal sectors.
• Manage interview coordination and guide both clients and candidates through the offer process.
• Deliver high‑quality talent solutions to leading Maltese businesses.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (e.g., hospitality, telecom, insurance, events).
• Fluent English – the primary business language in Malta.
• Either already based in Malta or ready to relocate immediately to Ta' Xbiex.
• Strong financial ambition and resilience to handle rejection.
