International Sales Coordinator – Sports Equipment

About the role

Join the International Sales team of a leading European sports equipment distributor. You will be the operational liaison for a portfolio of international distributors, overseeing the full order cycle and ensuring seamless coordination across sales, supply chain, and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned international distributors and partners.
• Support daily sales and operational activities in the designated markets.
• Process, monitor, and manage sales and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and production to guarantee smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor shipments and assist with delivery management.
• Prepare commercial offers, presentations, and sales reports.
• Maintain price lists, sales statistics, and commercial data.
• Assist in organizing meetings, showroom events, and customer activities.
• Handle requests from customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to strengthen business relationships.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, commercial back‑office, order management, or international sales coordination.
• Excellent command of English; Italian and/or German are a plus.
• Familiarity with customer management, order processing, and structured commercial processes.
• Comfort working with numbers, sales statistics, reporting, price lists, and basic currency conversions.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, reliability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (advantage).

What we offer

• Annual gross salary between €30,000 and €35,000, based on experience and responsibilities.
• Full‑time or part‑time (75‑80%) contract.
• On‑site work in Bolzano; remote work is not available.
