IT Helpdesk Technician

About the role

PDF Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to deliver day‑to‑day technical support for a mixed Windows and macOS environment. You will assist both on‑site and remote employees, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network services while contributing to a fast‑growing semiconductor technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows 10/11 and macOS platforms.
• Configure, image, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, devices, and access permissions in Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.
• Assist with employee onboarding and off‑boarding, including account setup and device preparation.
• Troubleshoot connectivity problems such as VPN, Wi‑Fi, and network printers.
• Diagnose and replace hardware components (RAM, battery, SSD) as needed.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and support ticket records.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes and participate in IT projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of corporate IT support experience.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other office locations.
