About the role
Regal Rexnord is looking for an proactive and organised intern to support its purchasing office in Ciserano. The position is fully onsite, at the designated Regal Rexnord office, and offers experience in procurement and supplier management.
Key responsibilities
- Update master data and handle internal quotation requests in the system
- Assist in updating and verifying supplier price lists
- Check customs codes in the system and support import/export documentation
- Monitor and verify supplier quality certificates
- Support purchase requisition processing and order archiving
Required profile
- Technical diploma or post-diploma
- Organisational ability and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of English
Required skills
- Computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
