Junior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Buildo is seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Engineer to help create high‑quality web applications and AI‑enhanced tools. You will join a vibrant team that values attention to detail, continuous improvement, and a collaborative spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and Python.
• Integrate generative AI tooling and large language model (LLM) capabilities into products.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Engage with clients and prospects to understand their needs and propose technical solutions.
• Design and implement secure, user‑friendly systems with a focus on excellent UX.

Required profile

• Passionate junior engineer with a strong interest in AI and web development.
• Some experience on AI‑related projects, familiar with LLMs, RAG, or fine‑tuning concepts.
• Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable making decisions in a fast‑moving environment.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
• Enjoys teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
