VmWay ricerca un Junior Help Desk, inserito nel ruolo di System Engineer Junior, per supportare le attività di assistenza tecnica e manutenzione informatica su scala nazionale.
Responsabilità principali
- Eseguire attività di troubleshooting IT per risolvere problemi hardware e software.
- Fornire supporto tecnico su ambienti Windows Server, Unix/Linux e piattaforme Cloud Azure.
- Collaborare con il team per garantire la continuità dei servizi informatici.
Profilo richiesto
- Almeno 6 mesi di esperienza in attività di troubleshooting IT.
- Conoscenza operativa di ambienti Windows Server e Unix/Linux.
- Familiarità con i servizi Cloud Azure.
- Disponibilità a lavorare dal lunedì al venerdì con possibile reperibilità.

- Capacità di troubleshooting IT
Cosa offriamo
- Retribuzione annua compresa tra 21.000€ e 23.000€ in base alla seniority.
- Orario di lavoro standard dal lunedì al venerdì con possibile reperibilità.
- Ambiente di lavoro in sede a Roma.
