Junior Legal Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Legal Business Analyst to join our team in Rome. You will support the legal department with increasing autonomy, focusing on commercial contracts and real‑estate related legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts such as leases, procurement agreements, supply contracts, NDAs, purchase agreements and guarantees.
• Handle legal correspondence including notices, compensation requests and dispute letters, preparing response drafts and transaction minutes.
• Analyze and select data‑room documentation, and draft/review Q&A during due‑diligence phases for real‑estate acquisitions or disposals.
• Manage documentation for public and private procurement tenders and prepare required legal/administrative paperwork.
• Prepare memoranda and internal notes for the Board of Directors on civil and commercial law issues, with a focus on real‑estate.
• Coordinate external counsel, including drafting engagement letters, sharing information, monitoring litigation status and participating in meetings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law (Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza).
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Interest in commercial and real‑estate law.
