Junior Quality Engineer Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Quality Management & Methods office in Cernusco sul Naviglio as a Junior Quality Engineer Intern. You will support cross‑functional quality initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Management team with daily operational tasks and support the quality management system.
• Perform quality assurance activities, analyse and track quality deviations, and help drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with technical departments to implement process improvements and capture lessons learned.
• Participate in internal audits and audits at sales locations, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Interact with Bosch Rexroth South Europe Region offices (France, Spain, Greece) and the headquarters in Germany.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in quality management.
• Good communication skills in an international environment.
