Key Account Manager – 2 Open Positions (Slovenian & Italian Markets)

About the role

MittelCo is expanding its sales team and is looking for two experienced Key Account Managers – one for the Slovenian market and one for the Italian market. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key retail customers, driving growth of premium FMCG brands, and delivering sustainable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key retail accounts.
• Negotiate annual agreements, trade terms, promotions and joint business plans.
• Achieve sales, profitability and market‑share targets while identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer developments.
• Analyse performance data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Finance and other functions to ensure flawless execution of commercial plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of Key Account Management experience in FMCG.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial mindset with solid analytical capabilities.
• Experience managing retail chains or strategic customers.
• Fluent in English and Italian; Slovenian required for the Slovenia role (advantageous for Italy role).
