Key Account Manager – Consumer Products Division

About the role

As a Key Account Manager in the Consumer Products Division, you will drive business growth for L’Oréal by shaping strategic visions for key clients and delivering joint‑business plans that span from sell‑in to sell‑out. Reporting to a National Account Manager, you will act as a pivotal link between the company and its most important retail partners across Italy.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and lead local negotiations together with the National Account Manager, ensuring flawless implementation and in‑store follow‑up.
  • Build accurate sell‑in and sell‑out forecasts to meet revenue, market‑share and profitability targets.
  • Define and execute customer‑centric go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
  • Monitor partner sales performance, identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities, and integrate financial analysis to sustain business growth.

Required profile

  • Entrepreneurial and resilient mindset with a talent for building strong, constructive relationships.
  • Collaborative leadership style and proactive approach to business challenges.
  • Willingness and availability for geographical mobility throughout Italy.

Required skills

  • Significant experience in commercial, trade‑marketing or business‑development roles.
  • Proven account‑management capabilities to promote sales through key accounts.
  • Revenue Growth Management expertise to maximize revenue.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to derive actionable insights.
  • Effective negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
