Key Lead (Part-Time Retail Supervisor) - Hollister

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a part-time Key Lead for its Hollister store in Fiordaliso, near Rozzano. The Key Lead acts as Floor Supervisor within the store leadership team, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly and customers receive a quality in-store experience. The role drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred; no supervisory or managerial experience required.
• Fluency in English and Italian (CEFR B2).
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with Saturday, Sunday and some holiday coverage, and extra hours during peak times.

The full-time equivalent starting rate is EUR 29.691 per year (40 hours per week); the starting rate may be modified in the future. Job offers may be conditional on completing the applicable work visa formalities.
