Legal Manager – Corporate Governance & Retail Support

About the role

Fendi is looking for an experienced Legal Manager to join its Legal Department. The role blends corporate governance for the Italian holding company, legal support to key HQ functions, and business‑legal assistance for retail entities across Japan, Korea, Greater China and South‑East Asia & Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full corporate governance lifecycle of the Italian holding company and subsidiaries, including board and shareholders’ meetings, power of attorney, and delegation of authorities.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal support to HQ departments such as Procurement, HR, Facility and Finance, drafting and negotiating supply and vendor agreements.
• Support Health & Safety legal matters for corporate offices, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary legal contact for retail entities in Japan, Korea, Greater China and SEAA, advising on store operations, sales terms, marketing initiatives and consumer protection.
• Handle lease and real‑estate contracts for retail locations, coordinating with local LVMH legal teams.
• Assist the Compliance team in rolling out Fendi’s global compliance program, including AML and anti‑corruption initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate governance and commercial law within a multinational environment.
• Familiarity with retail‑related legal issues and real‑estate contracts.
• Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong coordination skills with LVMH local and HQ legal and compliance teams.
